Chicken, broccoli and cheese casserole served over rice!

Recipe Ingredients for Classy Chicken

3 chicken breast
10 oz cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
10 oz broccoli
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Classy Chicken

  1. sautee chicken in pan with black pepper

  2. steam broccoli

  3. mix together mushroom soup, curry powder, mayonnaise, and lemon juice

  4. layer cooked broccoli and chicken in a casserole dish

  5. pour soup mixture over top

  6. top all with grated cheese

  7. bake uncovered in oven at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes

  8. serve with rice
