Creamy Chicken Casserole with broccoli or asparagus, and a hint of curry

Recipe Ingredients for Classy Chicken

3 cups boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons oil
10 ounces frozen asparagus or broccoli
10 ounces cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Classy Chicken

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with pepper. Saute in oil over medium heat until opaque, about 6 minute Drain.

  2. Cook broccoli or asparagus until tender crisp; drain and arrange in bottom of casserole dish.

  3. Place chicken on top

  4. Mix together soup, mayonnaise, curry, and lemon juice and pour over chicken

  5. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
