2 slices light bread (light style 45 cal)
3 ounces light tuna (1 package of Chicken of the Sea Healhty Selections)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 medium tomato

Recipe Directions for Classic Tuna Sandwich

  1. combine the tuna and mayonnaise.

  2. spread tuna on a slice of bread.

  3. Slice tomato and place on top of tuna

  4. cover with the remaining slice and enjoy

  5. If desired, toast the bread or add a slice of cheese (add 80 calories for the cheese) for a tuna melt.
