Recipe Ingredients for Classic Pad Thai (Pick n Pay)

2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
3 cup Spaghetti
3 extra large Egg, Whole
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
6 grams Garlic
4 tsp Ginger Root
200 grams Prawns
90 grams Onions, Spring Or Scallions
9 sprigs Coriander Leaves

Recipe Directions for Classic Pad Thai (Pick n Pay)

  1. Soak noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and set

  2. aside.

  3. Heat a glug of oil in a wok and stir-fry eggs until just cooked.

  4. Remove and set aside.

  5. Heat another glug of oil and stir-fry onion, garlic, ginger, chicken

  6. and prawns until cooked through.

  7. Add remaining ingredients and cook for a few minutes more.

  8. Toss through coriander and serve.
