very moist great tasting meatloaf

Recipe Ingredients for classic meatloaf

1 carrot
1 stalk celery
1/2 onion
1/2 bell pepper
4 mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
2 lb ground beef
1 lb andouille sausage
1 T worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1 t italian seasoning
1/2 t salt
1 t black pepper
1/2 t cayenne pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
1 banana pepper
1 t olive oil
2 T brown sugar
2 T ketchup
2 T dijon mustard

Recipe Directions for classic meatloaf

cut carrots,to fit food processor.also celeryonion pepper mushroom garlic.pulse in processor until finly diced but not pureed.put into large mixing bowl.add sausage (casing removed)add ground round (85-15)beat egg. add to mi9xture with worcestshire sauce.italian seasoning.ayenne pepper,banana pepper. mix together very well ( hands r ok)add breadcrumbs and incorporate into meat mixture. firmly pat into a 4X6 loaf. put 1 t oil in bottom off baking dish.put loaf into baking dish. bake in 350 oven for 15 miutes. while baking, mix brown sugar,mustrd,ketchup . add hot sauce to your taste. after 15 minutes take out loaf and spread the sauce on the top. put back in oven for 30-45- minutes. let sit ten minutes before cutting
