Mom's meatloaf; may substitute ground beef with bison or turkey

Recipe Ingredients for Classic Meatloaf

2 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 large onion, diced
2 eggs
4 T worchestershire sauce
1 1/2 c cracker crumbs, whole wheat
3 T brown sugar
4 T ketchup
2 T mustard powder
1 t salt
1 t pepper

Recipe Directions for Classic Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. In a bowl mix eggs and worchestershire sauce.

  3. Add ground beef, diced onion, cracker crumbs, brown sugar, ketchup, mustard powder, salt and pepper.

  4. Press into a large loaf pan

  5. bake for 45-60 minutes; or until cooked through
