Recipe Ingredients for Classic Grilled Cheese

4 oz American cheese, low fat
4 slices bread, wheat low fat
1 tbsp margarine

Recipe Directions for Classic Grilled Cheese

  1. Place 2 slices of cheese each on 2 bread slices; top with remaining bread slices. Brush with outsides of sandwiches with margarine

  2. Place large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add sandwiches; cook 3 to 5 minutes per side or until cheese melts and sandwiches are golden brown
