From The raw Food Detox Diet. Note: the recipe calls for 3 ears corn instead of broccoli. About 1/2 C per serving, unless more veggies are added.

Recipe Ingredients for Classic Chopped Salad

1 1/2 cup Haricots Verts
1 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
2 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
1 large Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
3 tbsp chopped Chives
2 cup, chopped Broccoli

Recipe Directions for Classic Chopped Salad

  1. Slice grape tomatoes in half, chop zucchini, yellow bell pepper, and carrots, and cut beans into 1" pieces.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
