Recipe Ingredients for Classic Chicken Salad

2 oz shredded chicken
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 apple
2 celery stalks
1 tbsp chopped walnut
2 tsp lemon juice
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper

Recipe Directions for Classic Chicken Salad

  1. Shred or chop about 2 oz of chicken meat.

  2. Dice apple and celery.

  3. Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice and seasonings.

  4. Stir together all ingredients.
