Had some ripe bananas, about to go bad, so I decided to make some bread. Made some adjustments to help with the health aspects.

Recipe Ingredients for Classic Banana Bread

0.75 tsp Pure Baking Soda
2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
6 tbsp Egg Whites
4 tbsp Butter Blend Stick Unsalted with Omega 3
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
3 tbsp Reduced Fat Sour Cream 30% Less Fat

Recipe Directions for Classic Banana Bread

Mix dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Place butter and sugar in another bowl and blend until blended and smooth Add egg whites one at a time, mixing each time until blended. Blend bananas, vanilla and sour cream into sugar mixture. Add flour mixture slowly to sugar mixture. Blend on low speed. Spoon mixture into bread pan and bake at 350 degrees.
