This is the nutrition class recipe that i need to reduce in fat intake

Recipe Ingredients for Class_ Crab Cakes

5 pounds of crab meat, flaked
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup horseradish
1/2 cup chives
1 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Class_ Crab Cakes

  1. combine the all ingredients in a mixing bowl

  2. mix well

  3. fry the crab cakes in the oil in a skillet until browned and cooked through for about 3 minutes on each side.
