Recipe Ingredients for Clarabdj Vegetable Chow Mein

3 1/4 oz Celery
1 medium Onions
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
2 cup Golden Corn
2 can Water Chestnuts
3 oz Mung Beans, Mature Seeds, Sprouted
2 tbsp Corn Starch
2 serving Wheat Free Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Clarabdj Vegetable Chow Mein

  1. Drain liquid from corn, and water chestnuts and then add corn starch to liquid and set aside.

  2. Saute onion, celery, bell pepper with olive oil until crisp, but not soft

  3. add corn and water chestnuts along with set aside liquid and saute until all ingredients are cooked through.

  4. add noodles or spinach and heat through if using.
