Recipe Ingredients for Clarabdj Green Vegetable Korma with Seitan

12 oz Korma A Rich and Creamy Curry Straight from the Delhi Section
4 cup flowerets Broccoli, Flower Clusters
1 large Onions
3 cloves, raw Garlic
4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
2 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
2 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Cumin
2 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

Recipe Directions for Clarabdj Green Vegetable Korma with Seitan

  1. Saute all veggies on the stove in olive oil.

  2. Add the Korma and seasons.

  3. Add 1/2 cup of water and let saute over low heat for about ten minutes covered.

  4. Serve with rice or over a bed of spinach
