100 g potatoes
100 g swede

Recipe Directions for Clapshot by Chris

  1. Cut both of the veg into cubes.

  2. In a large pan, boil the swede first for about ten minutes, then add the potatoes on top and continue booiling for around 25-30 minutes.

  3. Drain all the water, then mash, or blitz with a hand blender.
