2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
10 oz Shelled Baby Clams Vongoli
1 1/2 cup Cannellini (White Kidney) Beans, Organic

Recipe Directions for clams with tomatoes & white beans

  1. sautee garlic in oil

  2. add tomatoes and cook until wilted

  3. add clams and white wine, cook to reduce sauce slightly

  4. add beans and cook until heated

  5. serve over pasta
