Clams cooked with olive oil, garlic, shallot/onion, white wine & clam juice. Simmered to reduce. Served over Ronzoni Smart Taste Thin Spaghetti.

Recipe Ingredients for Clam Spaghetti

1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp minced onion
1 cup white wine
2 cans baby clams
10 oz dry thin spaghetti

Recipe Directions for Clam Spaghetti

Soften shallot & garlic in olive oil. Add clam juice from clams and white wine. Pepper to taste. Simmer to reduce. Add clams and heat through. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Serve Clam sauce over pasta.
