Clam Linguini made with Tofu Shirataki

Recipe Ingredients for Clam Linguini

8 oz Tofu Shirataki
184 g Chopped Clams
1/2 red bell pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic
1 butter Spray

Recipe Directions for Clam Linguini

  1. Use a strainer to rinse and drain noodles. Thoroughly pat dry. Roughly cut noodles.

  2. Bring a large skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium heat. Cook and stir onion and garlic until slightly softened, about 5 minutes.

  3. Add noodles and all other ingredients. Cook and stir until hot and well mixed, about 3 minutes.
