Completely satisfying on a cold day. Serves 4 substanctial servings. can easily serve six. Substitute milk or half & half to bring the calories down.

Recipe Ingredients for Clam Chowder

1 cup BUMBLE BEE Chopped Clams
5 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin, Baked
2 cup Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
4 oz Real Bacon Bits
16 fl oz Cream, Fluid, Heavy Whipping
2 cup Chicken Stock

Recipe Directions for Clam Chowder

saute leeks/onions & garlic in a bit of bacon fat (or spray lightly with pam) Add chicken stock & cook potatoes until tender. Add cream & clams & bring just to a boil. Add bacon, alt & pepper to taste.
