Serve as a dressing or sauce for noodles, hot or cold, or as a dip. Tangy, salty and sweet with a little heat. Using twice the amount of Indonesian sweet soy sauce and eliminating the honey gives a more authentic flavor. Also, if you have tamarind juice or pulp, use that instead of the water.

1/2 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp honey
1 tbs water
