5 serving Shortening
0.75 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

in a med mixing bowl stir all dry ingredients together. then add shortening mix in using pastry blender. add milk mix w fork until dough pulls away from sides of bowl. turn out onto floured surface with floured hands. roll out to 2.5 inches. punch out biscuits. bake on ungreased pan for 11-15 min at 475.
