Recipe Ingredients for ckicken pasta primavera

1 1/2 cup rotini, whole grain, uncooked
2 teaspoons olive oil
4 ounces cooked chicken breast, sliced
1 small onion
3 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups chopped tomato
1 zucchini, sliced lenghtwise
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for ckicken pasta primavera

cook pasta, bake chicken, cut into 6 inch strips. heat oil in non-stick pan, add chicken, cook 5 minutes. Add onion, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and tomato to pan; cook for 8-10 minutes. Combine chicken mixture, pasta, zucchini ribbons; toss gently. top with parmesan cheese.
