Egg cups made with my veggie goo.

Recipe Ingredients for CJ's egg cups

5 eggs
1 green onion
1 tbsp spinach, cooked
1 tbsp broccoli, cooked
1/3 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for CJ's egg cups

  1. Whisk together the eggs and milk, with salt and pepper.

  2. In a muffin tin, put a small amount of purreed spinch and broccoli

  3. Snip the green onion into each cup

  4. Add eggs to that the cups are evenly filled.

  5. Bake at 375 approximately 25-30 minutes.
