Recipe Ingredients for CJ Stuffed Green Pepper

16 oz Ground Turkey, 85% Lean
4 medium Green Bell Pepper
1 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain, Cooked
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 cup Tomato Sauce
4 slice Provolone Cheese Slices

Recipe Directions for CJ Stuffed Green Pepper

  1. Brown turkey and onion in oil.

  2. Add cooked rice, tomato paste, and half the tomato sauce, plus desired spices.

  3. Stuff the peppers with the mixture and cook covered for 10 minutes on 350.

  4. Uncover, pour the rest of the sauce on each pepper, add a slice of cheese to the top of each pepper, and cook another 15 minutes.
