Recipe Ingredients for Citrus Shrimp Couscous

6 oz near east roasted garlic couscous
3 oz shrimp
2 sprays pam
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/8 cup lime juice
2 oz onion
5 oz tomatoe
2 tbsp cilantro
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Citrus Shrimp Couscous

  1. prepare Near East Roasted Garlic Couscous as per the box - minus the olive oil

  2. in a skillet, coat w two sprays of pam

  3. add shrimp, cook 1/2 way

  4. add 1/2 of the juices, tomatoes, onions, cilantro

  5. press one garlic clove into the pan

  6. add the remaining juices

  7. in a separate bowl, toss citrus shrimp mixture w the cooked couscous.
