Recipe Ingredients for Citrus Salad

16 ounce low-fat cottage cheese
16 ounce fat-free sour cream
24 ounce packages sugar-free cool whip
6 ounce sugar-free orange gelatin
16 ounce pineapple chunks, drained
12 ounce mandarin oranges, drained

Recipe Directions for Citrus Salad

Mix together cottage cheese, sour cream, and cool whip. Stir in orange gelatin until blended. Fold in fruit. Chill overnight or for at least 3 hours before serving. Makes 12 1/2 cup servings. Store in refrigerator.
