This is really good with Kashi crackers. It can go over any kind of meat or anything else as well. This is more of a chunky pico

Recipe Ingredients for Citrus Pico De Gallo

4 roma tomatoes
2 large oranges
1 large Vidalia onion, peeled and diced
1 jalepeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
3 tbs splenda
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Citrus Pico De Gallo

  1. Peel the oranges first then dice tomatoes, oranges, onion. Put in a huge bowl.

  2. Add the jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, splenda, and salt.

  3. Stir. Refrigerate and serve.
