2 c red seedless grapes (globe with seeds are better)
1 c carrots
2 stalks celery
1 1/2 c cantaloupe (with seeds)
1/2 orange (zest removed)
2 oz lime (3/4 zest removed)
2 c chopped raw kale
3 pitted dates
1 banana (without peel)

Recipe Directions for Citrus Kale Smoothie

fill the vitamix with ingredients, top with 2 cups ice, blend on high until smooth (about 60-90 sec)
