Recipe Ingredients for citrus green smoothie

1 serving garden of life raw meal
1 scoop Natural 100% Whey Gold Standard
1 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges
1 fruit without skin, medium Kiwi Fruit, (Chinese Gooseberries), Fresh
1 medium Banana
1 Apple Apples
1 serving Greens Leaf Lettuce
1/2 cup Arugula
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 cup Bok Choy
1 cup, chopped Kale
1 serving, raw Cilantro
8 fl oz Original
2 tbsp Organic Milled Flax Seed
