2 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs lemon zest
2 tbs lime juice
1 tbs lime zest
2 tbs orange juice
1 tbs orange zest
2 eggs
2 oz Splenda

beat splenda, egg yolks and juice/zest together, whisk egg whites until stiff, then fold into other mixture using a metal spoon. cook at gas mark 4 for 15 minutes.
