Recipe Ingredients for Citrus Chicken Thighs

2.5 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only
3 lime yields Lime Juice
1 fruit yields(86 g) Orange Juice
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
2 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Pepper, Black
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
1 tbsp Cumin Seed

Recipe Directions for Citrus Chicken Thighs

  1. Juice the lemon,lime and orange into a Tupperware container

  2. Mince garlic and finely chop onion into the Tupperware container

  3. Combine all other ingredients into the container

  4. Marinate chicken for one hour or overnight

  5. Preheat oven to 365 degrees. Bake chicken for 40 minutes or until a minimum internal temperature of 165 is reached. Serve with vegetables or rice.
