Chewy, rich texture. Probably the best low cal I've discovered yet.

Recipe Ingredients for Citrus Anzac Biscuits

1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. old fashioned oats
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. orange zest
3 tbsp. orange juice
1/4 c. I can't believe it's not butter, melted
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/4 orange, chopped

Recipe Directions for Citrus Anzac Biscuits

Preheat oven to 325. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl (include orange zest here). Combine wet ingredients in a small bowl (Add chopped orange here). Drop by tablespoon 3 inches apart onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper (cookies will spread). Bake at 325 for 12 minutes. Cool on pan 2--3 minutes. Remove to rack and cool completely.
