Recipe Ingredients for Cioppino Base

793 grams Crushed Tomatoes
960 grams Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1 small Onions
3 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Anchovy Paste
1 cup Parsley

Recipe Directions for Cioppino Base

  1. Finely dice onion, celery, garlic and sautee in Pam or olive oil (calories for olive oil NOT included)

  2. Add anchovy paste and red pepper flakes

  3. Add one large can of Cento (if you can get them) crushed tomatoes and one box of low sodium chicken broth

  4. Heat up to almost boiling

  5. Add the fish of your choice and stir gently so as not to break up the fish
