This one is based on a recipe I found online, I added some extra protein and changed the flour, so it?s not quite so dense. There?s very little fat and basically no sugar in here. Tastes amazing!

Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Vanilla Protein Loaf

0.75 cup Oat Flour
0.75 cup Spelt Flour
12 tsp SPLENDA No Calorie
1 serving (Body Fortress) 100 % Whey Protein Vanilla
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 serving unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tbsp 100% Liquid Egg Whites
1/2 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
5 tsp SPLENDA No Calorie

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Vanilla Protein Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, and prepare a 5″ x 9″ glass baking dish with non-stick spray.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients:

  3. * 3/4 cup oat flour

  4. * 3/4 cup spelt flour

  5. * 1/2 cup splenda

  6. * 3 scoops vanilla whey isolate protein powder

  7. * 1 tbls baking powder

  8. * 1 tsp salt

  9. In a medium bowl, mix together the wet ingredients:

  10. * 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (I use almond breeze)

  11. * 30 ml liquid egg whites

  12. * 100 ml unsweetened applesauce

  13. Topping:

  14. * 1/3 cup splenda

  15. * 2 tsp cinnamon

  16. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry in the large bowl. Pour half of the batter into the baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the topping. Pour remaining batter into dish, and top with remaining topping mixture. Use a knive to swirl the topping in. Try not to leave too much powder on top. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Allow to cool. Makes approximately 10 servings.
