Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Tahini Muffins

1/2 c Coconut Flour
6 T Flax Seed
12 T Water
1/2 c Tahini
2 Mashed Bananas
1 T Cinnamon
2 t Vanilla
1/2 t Baking Soda
2 t Apple Cider Vinegar
2 T Maple Syrup
1/3 c Canned Coconut Milk

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Tahini Muffins

  1. Cooking Steps

  2. Combine all ingredients with an electric mixer until well combined. Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

  4. Makes 12 muffins.

  5. Ground flax is for egg substitute, chick pea flour should also work.
