8 cups almonds
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 egg whites

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon-Sugar Almonds

  1. Wisk egg whites until frothy

  2. Stir in 2 tsps of water

  3. Stir in Almonds

  4. Coat with Cinnamon/Sugar

  5. Bake in oven at 250 for 30 minutes
