Slow cooker recipe. Very sweet and tasty, nice as a side dish or dessert. Makes 4 heaping 1/2 cup servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Squash n' Apples

3 1/3 c butternut squash, cubed
3 c apples, peeled and chopped
4 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp imitation vanilla
3 tbsp light margarine
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Squash n' Apples

  1. Combine all ingredients in Crock Pot.

  2. Cook for 7-9 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high.

  3. Mix and mash, serve hot.
