A low fat, low carb high protein energy snack, that tastes good!

Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Seed Protein Bars

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup currants
1 cup Whey Protein Concentrate
1/2 cup Quinoa Organic
2 tbs pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
3 tbs flax seeds
1/4 cup honey
1 egg white
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 tsp poppy seeds

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Seed Protein Bars

Mix all ingredients together, bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes.
