Cinnamon may be lavished on anything! Especially good for women as time goes by.

Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Salad Oil

1 tsp cinnamon (bulk, Whole Foods)
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 dash salt (optional - not needed)
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (Bragg's)
1 tsp cayenne (mild, bulk, Whole Foods)

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Salad Oil

  1. Choose organic ingredients always! Nothing ruins a great fresh salad more disastrously than a stale tasting dressing!

  2. Mix ingredients in a jar, apply lid, and shake.

  3. Let stand for a while before using. Adjust the oil to vinegar ratio to taste.

  4. NOTE: really good cinnamon tends to thicken fluids somewhat, especially when heated.
