A really bad indulgence - yummy for the holidays...

Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Rolls

2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup oil
1 1/2 tbs yeast
1/8 cup cinnamon
1/8 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
4 oz low-fat cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Rolls

  1. Mix all the above ingredients together for 5 - 10 minutes. Let rise 15 minutes. Divide dough in half. Roll out 1 piece into large rectangel Cover with 1 cube softened margarine. Sprinkle with lots of cinnamon and sugar. Rol up into a log. Cut 1 1/2 inch pieces. Arrange on lightly greased baking sheet. 'Smoosch." (Press down to flatten.) Let rise 20 - 30 minutes.
