One hour cinnamon rolls - quick and easy

Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Rolls

10 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoons yeast
3 tablespoons vegetable oil, soybean lecithin
3 cups hot water
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cup SPLENDA sugar blend for baking
8 teaspoons cinnamon
12 tablespoons butter - melted

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Rolls

  1. Mix dry ingredients in mixer

  2. Add lecithin, hot water, and applesauce

  3. Mix with metal attachment (not dough hook) for one minute. If too sticky add some flour if too stiff add water.

  4. Mix for 5 minutes with the dough hook.

  5. Spray counter with PAM - divide into four portions

  6. Roll out each portion into a 12x18 square. Spread melted butter on top and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture.

  7. Roll up jelly roll style and divide into 12 rolls.

  8. Place in sprayed cake pan, cover and allow to rise for 25 minutes.

  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
