Modified 'can can' brown cinnamon raisin bread.

Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Raisin Muffins with Flax

1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup white whole wheat flour
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 T. flaxseed meal
1 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup molasses
2 T. honey
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Raisin Muffins with Flax

Mix dry and wet separately and then together. Spoon into greased muffin cups. Bake at 350 x 12-15 min. Cool in pan at least 5 minutes before removing to wire rack.
