Homemade version of Larabar type energy bar

Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Raisin Energy Bar

1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup walnuts
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Raisin Energy Bar

  1. In food processor, grind up raisins into a paste. Transfer to small bowl.

  2. Without washing food processor, grind walnuts.

  3. Mix together ground walnuts and raisins with cinnamon using your hands.

  4. When all ingredients are well comined shape into two bars 3 inches long, 1 inch wide, and about 3/4 inch tall.

  5. Wrap in plastic wrap and store in fridge.
