2 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
1 tbsp Almond Butter, Plain
0.13 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
0.25 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

  1. Mix oats, flax seed and almond butter until crumbly

  2. Stir in milk until pasty

  3. Stir in Raisins and Cinnamon

  4. Press onto a plate in a cookie shape & stick in fridge.
