Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Raisin Bread

1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons dry milk
1 cup oatmeal
3 1/4 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
2/3 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Place all ingrediants in breadmaker in the order listed. If using delay timer, add cinnamon and raisins. If not, add cinnamon and raisins halfway through the first knead cycle. Slice and enjoy!
