Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Raisin Bread

4 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 1/2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 3/4 cups water
2 1/3 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
1 3/4 cups dry nonfat milk
9 tablespoons salted butter
2 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Raisin Bread

  1. Combine all ingredients except raisins.

  2. Add raisins when kneading is near complete.

  3. Allow to double.

  4. Shape into two loaves and proof.

  5. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 50 minutes.
