Yummy! Use cinnamon chips if you can find them. If not, use 1 tsp ground cinnamon (less calories this way)

Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Raisin Bread

1 c nonfat yogurt
1/4 c water
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
3/4 c bread flour
1/2 c oats
1 3/4 c whole wheat flour
1 tbsp vital wheat gluten
1 1/2 tsp yeast
1/2 c raisins
1/2 c butterscotch chips (really cinnamon)

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Put all ingredients but raisins and chips into bread machine and process. Add raisins and chips during the second kneading.
