Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon-Raisin Bread Pudding

125 g. cinnamon raisin bread
1 large eggs
100 g. banana
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 g. brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon-Raisin Bread Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. Spread bread in the dish in an even layer.

  2. Whisk eggs in a mixing bowl. Add milks and vanilla. Pour the mixture over the bread. Mix in any unsoaked bread pieces with a fork. Let stand for 10 minutes.

  3. Bake until puffed and set in the center, 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm, with a scoop of frozen yogurt on top.
