A nice crunchy biscotti to have with your tea or coffee.

Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Raisin Biscotti

2/3 c sugar
2 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 c raisins
2 eggs
1/3 c butter
2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Raisin Biscotti

  1. Beat butter for about 30 seconds.

  2. Combine sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon with the butter.

  3. Beat in the eggs.

  4. Begin to beat in flour and stir if necessary.

  5. Add raisins.

  6. Mold into loaves and bake at 375 degrees for 20 min.

  7. Cool on a cooling rack and cut into slices.

  8. Back slices face down for 8 min at 325 degrees. Turn over each slice, and bake for another 8 min.
