Delicious banana bread! Can be made without raisins and be equally delicious.

Recipe Ingredients for Cinnamon Raisin Banana Bread

2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 bananas
2/3 cups sugar
3 tsp baking powder
2 tablespoons cinnamon
3/4 cups raisins
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon Raisin Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Cream together butter and sugar

  3. Add mashed bananas to butter/sugar mixture

  4. Mix dry ingredients together

  5. Add dry ingredients slowly to wet ingredients. Add milk if the mixture is too dry.

  6. Add raisins to mixture.

  7. Spoon mixture into loaf pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes (check for done-ness with toothpick)
