550 g Apples, Bramley, peeled and sliced
100 g Raisins
75 g Sainsburys Soft Dark Brown Raw Cane Sugar
225 grams Flour
115 g Stork SB
115 g Sainsburys Soft Dark Brown Raw Cane Sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Cinnamon and Raisin Apple Crumble

  1. Preheat oven to 200C/400F/Gas Mark 6

  2. Place sliced apples, raisins and 75g sugar in a casserole dish.

  3. Nuke in microwaves for 7 minutes.

  4. Sift together sugar, cinnamon and flour.

  5. Rub in butter.

  6. spread resulting crumbly mass over stewed apple mixture

  7. Bake for 15 minutes.

  8. Serve with custard or ice cream
